The client’s wish was to evoke the feeling of being in the cozy lobby of a luxury hotel. Rich, deep colors and warm lighting. While we were working on the project, gold made a comeback in fashion.
And it pairs perfectly with black and dark tones.
The entryway paneling conceals the front doors and cabinets. Shoe storage and niches for smart home system equipment create a space for a console table featuring elegant table lamps and artwork. The floor was custom-designed using a luxurious material—marble.

The living room is an open-concept space where a delicate gold screen visually separates the dining area from the lounge area.

Sometimes a project takes not just many months, but even many years to complete. During that time, clients’ wishes and preferences change. And for various reasons, such as budget constraints, we have to find the best possible solution for certain key interior elements. And as you can see, our ideas are endless.

During the project, we couldn’t find any rugs that offered the right balance of price and quality, so we decided to have them custom-made. Natalia Poplavskaya successfully developed custom designs and selected the thread colors, and the result exceeded our expectations. These genuine wool carpets, with viscose elements and handmade, fit perfectly into our living room and two bedrooms.

A decorative wall panel was chosen as the central design element for the bedroom. When we were selecting materials in late 2016, this style wasn’t particularly trendy, and we had a hard time finding a vibrant panel featuring large poppies that matched our concept. But at a decor exhibition in early 2018, all the wallpaper manufacturers seemed to have coordinated and placed a huge emphasis on various types of wall panels.

Guest bedroom. Two color schemes were proposed.
A warm color scheme, like the rest of the apartment.
But in the end, we decided to decorate one room in cool tones to add a touch of freshness.
A custom rug was also made for this bedroom.
The bathrooms in the apartment complement the overall design concept. The master bathroom is finished in natural stone.
Through the master bathroom, we enter the walk-in closet and laundry room.

We want to show you some highlights from the implementation process so you can see that this isn’t just a virtual project. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to photograph the results of our long-term work.
The apartment has a complex ventilation and air conditioning system. Therefore, we tried to create recesses along the perimeter of the rooms, and air supply and exhaust are carried out through grilles hidden in the ceiling recesses under the concealed lighting. This way, the vents are not visible.
Bedroom. The backlit wall was created using moldings from Orac Decor.
We have mentioned on more than one occasion that we always offer our clients a variety of solutions. Just a few years ago, gold in interior design could be controversial. That’s why we also created a chrome version (which could also be significantly cheaper to produce). But still, golden and warm tones should bring warmth and comfort to our clients.
