Project Description: Design of an apartment for rental.

There is currently very high demand for one-bedroom apartments in Kyiv. Consequently, requests for the design of small apartments have increased. Whereas previously a rental apartment was unremarkable in terms of design, now affluent people who are willing to pay substantial rent want their temporary home to be modern, cozy, and stylish.
The minimalist design is accented with green, a color that is so trendy right now. In a bustling metropolis, this color has an intuitive calming effect. The decor also features plenty of wood and wood-look materials. The natural feel of the wood adds coziness and warmth to the apartment’s gray color scheme.
The first layout option for the kitchen furniture. In this layout, we placed the built-in refrigerator in one of the cabinets near the entrance.
The second, more economical option features a freestanding refrigerator. To achieve this, we extended the wall to conceal the back of the refrigerator.
This 47-square-meter apartment needed a redesign to meet all the needs of a modern person. We incorporated the following into this space: a storage/closet area, a wardrobe in the bedroom over 2.6 meters long, a large functional kitchen with a dining area, and a niche in the bathroom for the water heater, washing machine, and dryer.
